Clothing and Equipment Pool

We invite Westside Panther members to donate playing clothing and equipment that they no longer need to the club at the end of each season.

 

The aim of this initiative is to maximise the life of clothing, reducing waste and providing an alternative cost option for clothing and playing kit to our members. We see this as especially valuable for MiniRoo (U5-U11) and Junior (U12-U17) players who may only fit their gear for a single season but the items are still usable.

All funds raised will go back into the club to facilitate funding of equipment and developmental programs for its members.

How can I donate items?

We will accept the following items;

  • Junior and Senior socks (ie green or red, embroidered or not)

  • Shin pads

  • Shorts

  • Boots

  • Any other WPSC branded items such as hoodies, jackets, tshirts, tracksuits

And to be accepted the items need to be;

  • In a condition that allows them to be worn for at least one more season

  • Washed or otherwise appropriately clean

    • No mud or dirt or odours

    • No rips or tears or non-cosmetic damage

  • Individually presented in a ziplock bag with sizing clearly written on the bag

    • Eg a pair of socks in one bag, boots or shorts in another, with a visible size written on each bag

Items can be dropped off at our Pioneer Park Training Hub.

WPSC will not clean or repair any items. Donations made that are not clean or that are damaged will not be accepted.

How can I buy items?

Items will be made available in person at our Pioneer Park Hub during training sessions. Delivery is not available for any items unfortunately.

Items are broken down into price groups and can be made by cash or tap and go;

  • Miniroos - clothing $10, boots $20

  • Juniors - clothing $10, boots $30

  • Seniors - clothing $20, boots $50

 

All items are accepted and sold in good faith. There will be no warranty provided for purchased items, so please inspect the items before purchase to make sure you are happy.
