The raffle will be drawn during the Westside Trivia Night. Get your tickets here!
Tickets can be purchased online prior to the event or on the night (subject to availability).
All proceeds from the raffle will be used to support Westside Panthers Football Club, helping us provide equipment, programs, facilities and opportunities for players of all ages across our community.
Raffle Terms & Conditions
This raffle is conducted by Westside Panthers Football Club in support of club fundraising activities.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Conduct of Raffle
This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW) and applicable regulations for minor fundraising activities in New South Wales.
2. Purpose
All proceeds from this raffle go directly to Westside Panthers Football Club to support club programs, equipment, facilities, and community initiatives.
3. Tickets
Ticket prices are as advertised on official Westside Panthers communications
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
Tickets cannot be transferred or resold
4. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
All prizes are awarded as described, subject to availability
Prize values are approximate retail values only
Westside Panthers reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if required
5. Draw Details
The raffle will be drawn at the Westside Trivia Night on 17 July 2026 at Club Dubbo
Winners do not need to be present at the time of draw
The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly
6. Winners
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase
If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Westside Panthers reserves the right to redraw the prize
Winners may be announced via Westside Panthers communication channels
7. Eligibility
Committee members and individuals directly involved in the administration or conduct of the raffle (including draw officials) may be ineligible to win prizes where a conflict of interest exists. Immediate family members of those directly involved in the draw process may also be excluded where required to ensure fairness.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering the raffle and contacting winners. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil prizes or comply with legal obligations.
9. Liability
Westside Panthers accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical issues affecting ticket purchase.
10. Changes to Event
Westside Panthers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle or substitute prizes if unforeseen circumstances occur, including sponsor withdrawal or availability issues.
11. General
Westside Panthers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable NSW legislation or operational requirements.
