This raffle is conducted by Westside Panthers in support of club fundraising activities.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:
This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable NSW fundraising and gaming regulations.
All proceeds go directly to Westside Panthers to support club programs, equipment, and community initiatives.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be drawn at the Westside Trivia Night on 17 July 2026 at Club Dubbo, unless otherwise stated.
Winners do not need to be present at the time of draw (unless specified for a particular prize).
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at time of purchase.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be drawn.
Westside Panthers accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
Prizes are provided as described and are subject to availability or equivalent substitution of equal value if required.
Staff, committee members, and immediate family may be excluded from certain prize draws if required under raffle guidelines.
