October Update: Westside Panthers AGM Reminder 1 November
Hi Westside Panthers Families,
With the 2026 season now wrapped up, we’re starting to turn our attention towards 2027.
There’s still a little happening before the year is done, including our upcoming AGM, end-of-season feedback and the release of our Junior and Senior Presentation galleries.
2026 Annual General Meeting
A reminder that the Westside Panthers 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on:
Sunday, 1 November 2026
3:00pm
Club Dubbo, upstairs overlooking the bowling greens
The AGM is an important opportunity to hear an update on the Club, elect the Committee for 2027 and help shape the direction of Westside for the year ahead.
You do not need previous Committee experience to get involved, and contributing to the Club does not necessarily mean taking on a major role. We’re also looking to create more opportunities in 2027 for members to help with individual events, projects and Club activities.
If you’re interested in getting more involved, or simply want to hear more about where Westside is heading, we’d love to see you there.
2026 End-of-Season Feedback
As we wrap up 2026 and start looking towards next season, we’d like to hear how you think we went.
Our end-of-season survey gives players, parents, coaches and volunteers an opportunity to tell us what worked well this year and where you think we can improve.
The feedback will help the Committee review the season and identify where we should focus our efforts heading into 2027.
It only takes a few minutes, and we’d really appreciate as many people as possible having their say.
